The Risco Software system for the automation of seizures by a bailiff
The Risco Software application makes it possible to support the process of the management of enforcement notes in a comprehensive manner. The application modules allow for a separation of the logical areas of the process which are then managed by separate units within the structure of the company.

Analysis of the situation
Everyday management of notes sent by enforcement authorities is difficult because of their large quantities, as long as one does not have good tools for the organization of work and the process flow. The goal of the Risco Software application was to enable the registration of letters from enforcers, the management of those letters in the context of a bank client, complete management of receivables, the possibility of registering payments, and the generation of response letters, as well as to streamline the communication with the accounting system so as to decrease the load of the relevant employees.
The solution
The Risco Software sp. z o.o. company has provided and implemented a solution which offers:
- the possibility of entering the incoming correspondence,
- an overview of the catalog of received documents
- the creation of catalogs of clients of the bank,
- an overview of a client’s catalog,
- the management of enforcers’ database,
- an overview of enforcers’ database,
- the creation of receivables on clients’ accounts,
- the edition of receivables,
- an overview of the catalog of receivables,
- defining payments in the context of receivables,
- automatic calculation of interest rates,
- management of the dictionaries which control the calculation of interest rates,
- the generation of replies to enforcers,
- the generation of envelopes,
- the generation of bar codes in compliance with the standard of the Poczta Polska company,
- the management of sets of sender numbers,
- a set of defined reports, and
- export of information about transactions to the file which feeds the accounting system.
The implementation of those functionalities made it possible for bank units to seamlessly manage the process of seizures by a bailiff. The use of non-standard solutions of the authorization of data modification decreases the possible downtime, at the same time increasing the volume of processed seizures.
Safety
The Risco Software company, being an experienced provider of intranet services, is aware of the importance of providing safe access to a given service within the framework of intranet applications in the institution in which the solution is implemented. Therefore, appropriate functions have been incorporated in the described system. Two-level logging into the application has been designed, with the use of logging in on the controllers of the domain of the bank, as well as a verification of the availability of the functionalities on the database with respect to the roles assigned to a user. What is more, all database objects are only accessible for predefined system roles which, by definition, can only be fulfilled by the database administrator.

Conclusion
The implementation of the solution has fulfilled the expectations of the bank. The bank received a tool for the storage and monitoring of information about writs of execution related to bank clients’ outstanding payments to the benefit of the enforcement authorities and the calculation of interest and fees on account of those outstanding payments, as well as the calculation of the amount exempt from garnishment payable to for individual clients (natural persons). The system also stores lists of accounts which can be seized on account of an enforcement and which are assigned to a given client. Moreover, the system stores information about debt collectors who manage a given process of the management of a writ of execution. The application also has defined reports which present, among other things, a list of the seizures awaiting a payment, paid enforcement orders, a list of enforcers, and a list of clients.
